Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The contractor must first receive Tare weight measurements – the total weight of the empty transport vehicle including all equipment, empty containers and all passengers and driver, before loading tires from the site. • All tires removed must be reused or recycled and must be delivered to a SCDHEC permitted waste tire recycling processor. As a condition precedent to payment, the Contractor must furnish manifested proof of end use in order for the County to receive recycling credits. The Bidder must specify the intended end disposition in its bid submittal. • Each trailer load of tires taken from the site must receive a manifest or bill of lading from its final destination processor reflecting net weight of tires delivered, as well as end use.
