Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment (including man-lift if needed) to perform the following service annually to movable partition panels located in Building 920 and Building 1000 on Trident Technical College (TTC) Thornley Campus and the Culinary Amphitheater at the TTC Palmer Campus. 1. Contractor shall inspect all movable partition panels. 2. Clean and lubricate tracks to manufacturer’s specifications 3. Adjust all panels to plumb condition to manufacturer’s specifications. 4. Lubricate all trolleys, hinges, and other movable parts to manufacturer’s specifications. 5. Adjust operable top and bottom seals to manufacturer’s specifications 6. Tighten any loose parts to manufacturer’s specifications. 7. Contractor shall provide a list of broken door handles or other parts needing replacement to the Contract Coordinator upon completion of annual service. Contractor shall not proceed with any repairs without prior written approval from the Contract Coordinator and the TTC Procurement Office. 8. Contractor shall perform annual maintenance and adjustment work at a time to be determined by the contract administrator based on the availability of the locations. Additional specifications: 1. Contractor shall provide repairs and re-adjustments after annual service as needed at the rates provided on the bidding schedule through-out the term of the contract. 2. Contractor shall use plywood or other durable floor covering to protect carpets during servicing of panels. TTC reserves the right to determine if devices used to protect carpets are satisfactory 3. Contractor shall, if requested by the Contract Coordinator, conduct a 30 minute (minimum) training session at end of annual servicing on proper movement and handling of doors for TTC personnel. 4. Contractor shall respond to calls for emergency service within thirty-six (36) hours of call from TTC. TTC reserves the right to determine what constitutes an emergency. 5. Contractor shall complete all repairs or re-placement of parts within thirty (30) days of starting the work. All replacement parts used must match in color.
