Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must assist in coordinating the development, implementation, promotion, administration and support of the Voluntary Employee Benefits program for the entire University of South Carolina System that includes all eight (8) campuses. 2. Development: In its proposal, Offeror must provide a list of offered Voluntary Employee Benefits programs with details of the programs and methods of communication. 3. Implementation: In its proposal Offeror must also describe their experience with and/or potential for integration or interface to PeopleSoft Enterprise Management System. Offeror must provide a timeline of the implementation process. 4. Promotion: Contractor must conduct meetings with new hires and current staff at various university locations to explain all options available under the Voluntary Employee Benefits Program. 5. Administration: Contractor must conduct annual visits to assist employees in annual open enrollment at each location. Contractor must provide one common billing to the university that includes all voluntary benefits. Offeror must be licensed by South Carolina Department of Insurance to conduct insurance business in South Carolina and must be registered to do business in South Carolina. 6. Support: The Contractor must have full-time employees, whom would be available for telephone or other consultation with USC’s personnel during regular business hours, extended weekday up to 8PM as well as weekend hours 8AM to 4PM EST. 7. Offeror must be licensed by South Carolina Department of Insurance to conduct insurance business in South Carolina and must be registered to do business in South Carolina.
