Specifications include, but are not limited to: conduct meetings and communicate with city staff on a regular basis throughout all phases of the project, to review and comment upon work products, refine plan objectives and develop recommendations. The successful Consultant shall provide an on-site staff member to manage this project from the inception. This on-site staff member will work directly on research, community engagement, plan creation and up to six months of implementation. The City of Charleston envisions this staff member present up to at least 20 hours per week. Deliverables will include final work plan, process flowchart, timeline, staff committee meeting schedules, agendas, handouts, meeting reports.
