The projects are of varying scope with a total construction value of approximately $10 million. • Rainbow Lake Middle School, built in 2010 and was designed with the anticipation of an additional 15,000 square foot wing to be added in the future. Existing cooling tower installed Summer 2019 has capacity to accommodate the additional wing 15,000 sq. ft. • Boiling Springs Intermediate School, built in 2006, currently housing only grade 5, was designed as an intermediate grade 4- 6 school. Renovations to one wing are needed in order to accommodate grades K4-2, as well as adding appropriate playground space(s). Other renovations may include, but not limited to, reconfiguring existing traffic patterns and curbing. • Chesnee High School athletic renovations include adding turf field(s), tennis courts, track, and improvements to other fields and buildings and seating with a goal of designing a cohesive flow to athletic facilities (including signage, walkways, etc.)
