Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. The Maintenance and Treatment Plan will: Describe character defining features and identify intact features (interior, exterior, and site) at each building, keyed to historic and/or existing photographs and drawings; Provide a conditions assessment of each building (e.g., exterior wall materials, structural analysis, doors, windows, roofs/drainage, and primary and secondary spaces), keyed to photographs and drawings of existing conditions. Condition assessments should be for the building envelope only; Identify threats as well as previously completed non-recommended actions which detract from each building’s integrity or lead to deterioration of building fabric; Provide recommendations and guidance regarding the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties for use in future management of each property; List prioritized tasks and written recommendations for preservation, rehabilitation, restoration, and/or maintenance to keep buildings from further decline. Preservation and rehabilitation zones will be identified on the keyed maps;
