Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete, automated, supported and comprehensive software for loan servicing through the life of the loan including real estate owned management. The software should be transactional and track history over real-time and provide all loan management functions critical to our business, which includes comprehensive reporting capabilities, audit trails, and logs, aging, the detailed life of loan histories, transaction reports, and management analysis tools. 2. Successful software solution implementation to include data conversion from the existing system, installation, configuration and, if applicable, testing of the software and hardware on SC Housing’s computer network. Data conversion to include conversion of historical loan servicing data. SC Housing currently uses Black Knight and Microsoft Excel for loan servicing and Application Oriented Design (AOD) for mortgage origination. 3. Training of SC Housing’s staff to include end-user, intermediate and technical level training sufficient for SC Housing to operate independently of the software provider must be included in the response. 4. Ongoing technical support and software updates to provide for security patches, bug fixes, technological advances and product enhancements.
