Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administration currently maintains a fleet of medium, heavy-duty and super-duty vehicles and equipment that is located around the state. The breakdown is as follows: ◊ Medium-Duty Vehicles; ◊ Medium-Duty Equipment; ◊ Heavy-Duty Vehicles; ◊ Heavy-Duty Equipment; ◊ Super-Duty Equipment. All maintenance and repair work performed under this contract must be completed using industry accepted practices and approved/established manufacturers’ procedures. The Contractor should only provide maintenance and repair services on the types of vehicles that they both, have staff trained to maintain and/or repair and, have the necessary materials, parts, accessories, assemblies and/or components required to properly maintain and repair. All work performed under this contract must conform to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal rules and regulations regarding safety, environmental compliance and product disposal.
