Specifications include, but are not limited to: Completely remove and properly dispose of all of the existing rubberized track surface
material without damaging the asphalt base, surrounding grass, fencing, or storm drainage.
Completely clean the asphalt base.
Protect storm drains and clean (if necessary) rubber granules from track storm drainage
systems prior to resurfacing.
Inspect asphalt base and meet with district project coordinator to determine best practice for
preparing the asphalt for resurfacing.
All cracks shall be repaired using a 50/50 urethane crack-seal product and pricing
determined per linear foot costs provided.
Prep and install new track surface as specified (new surface to be standard brick with black
Coordinate line striping (colors, text, etc.) with district projector coordinator.
