Termite Treatment – All foundations shall be pre-treated for termites in accordance with the South
Carolina Standards for the control of termites and other wood destroying pests and the Department
of Pesticide Regulations. Properly executed and certified treatment certificates (forms HUD-NPCA99A, Subterranean Termite Soil Treatment Builders Guarantee and HUD-NPCA-99-B New

payment being dispersed.
