Specifications include, but are not limited to: HPSDis issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify General Contractors toprovide a full range of construction services to support the implementation of theJenkins IslandReverse Osmosis (RO) Drinking Water Treatment Facility (WTP) Expansion and Aquifer Storage& Recovery (ASR) Facility Addition. These services will be provided under contract withHHPSD,with funding provided by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) through theSouth Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) under SCIIP Grant #A-23-C095.
