• The County of Lexington is seeking quotes for 1,875 gift cards in $50.00 increments for the purchase of groceries / food and beverages; • The successful vendor must have brick and mortar locations accessible to County of Lexington employees within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the Administration Building (212 South Lake Drive, Lexington SC 29072); • The successful vendor must provide expedited shipping for the gift cards and each gift card must come individually enveloped, unsealed and ready for distribution; • The successful vendor must be able to accept Purchase Orders from the County of Lexington; • The envelopes must have a holiday / seasonal greeting on them; • All gift cards must arrive no later than November 14, 2025 by close of business (5pm EST); • Pricing must include any taxes, fees (if applicable) and shipping / delivery costs; • If there are any discounts for large quantities, please add that under the Line Items tab in IONWAVE; • It is the intention of the County to award this solicitation to a sole vendor; and • This is a one-time purchase; there is no contract.
