Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive bids from qualified firms to provide the City with testing and calibration of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Current Transformer meters. A. The City anticipates to test approximately 300 meters each year, depending on annual budgeted amounts. B. The bid amounts should be the cost per meter. The bid/meter amount should include any other expenses (travel, equipment, etc.) to the Contractor. C. Contractor may use a separate meter test report and it is not necessary to list items in the same order as the City’s but all items must be included. D. Contractor must abide by all federal and state mandated safety guidelines and equipment usage (Hard hat, FR Clothing (8 cal per cm) safety glasses, rubber gloves, etc.). E. Contractor must supply any and all tools and test equipment necessary to complete the tests listed below. F. Contractor must have a minimum five years of verifiable electric meter testing experience. G. The test reports should be submitted to the Power Delivery Supervisor. H. A testing schedule will be provided each year by the Power Delivery Supervisor to the Contractor. I. All testing should be completed by May 30 of each year.
