LOT III. FEE SCHEDULE FOR SITE MANAGEMENT a. Cost to develop and return to original condition temporary disposal/processing site, to include all equipment, labor, utilities, sanitary facilities and miscellaneous temporary structures such as, but not limited to, inspection tower, scales, fencing, office space, and other sorting structures, etc. Note: Operating costs are to be included in the per cubic yard processing cost as listed below. Dead Animal Carcasses – As identified and directed by CCPRC, the Contractor shall collect and haul dead animal carcasses, including, but not limited to, dead livestock, poultry and large animals that pose an imminent and significant threat to public health and safety, to the Charleston County’s TDSRS and/or Final Disposition Site at an approved landfill. 1 $ / lb. b. Hazardous Tree and Limbs – As identified and directed by CCPRC, the Contractor shall remove storm-damaged trees or limbs that are determined to pose a threat to public safety. Debris from the hazard will be removed to the SPECIFIED PARKLAND AREAS for collection by others. ( Note, the fate of this particular debris is not part of contract) Limbs 0-10 feet above ground 1 $ / limb Limbs over 10 feet above ground 1 $ / limb Trees - 6 - 12 inches in diameter 1 $ / tree Trees – 12 – 24 inches in diameter 1 $ / tree Trees – 24 and over in diameter 1 $ / tree c. Hazardous Stumps – As directed by CCPRC, the Contractor shall remove stumps and haul to the Charleston County’s TDSRS. Stumps will be measured twelve (12) inches above the root ball to determine the diameter of the stump. Fill Dirt – As identified and directed by CCPRC, the Contractor shall place compatible fill dirt in ruts created by equipment, vehicles, and holes created by removal of hazardous stumps and other areas that pose an imminent and significant threat to public health and safety. 1 $ / cu. yd.
