Spartanburg County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to assist with the management of disaster debris collection services for the County. The Contractor is expected to be highly knowledgeable in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regulations, guidelines and operating policies and planning requirements. The Contractor shall monitor, report, and coordinate with the disaster debris removal Contractor(s) and the County activities to ensure a compliant, well-managed and organized approach to debris removal and disposal within applicable FEMA and FHWA guidelines. The Contractor will also assist the County in disaster debris planning as directed by the County.
