Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Audit existing public information and crisis communications efforts including: o the County's overall crisis communication plan o the County's COVID-19/coronavirus public information strategy o outreach to key stakeholders and audiences o metrics for engagement and effectiveness of public information efforts • Review and/or create plans to actively engage the County's internal and external audiences, including but not limited to Richland County residents, staff, millage agencies, partners, elected officials and other municipalities, government agencies, the media, etc. • Ensure effective utilization of all county communication channels and suggest new channels, where needed. Ensure that these channels are also inclusive of residents and stakeholders who do not rely on social media for information.
