Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review past Town survey practices; 2. Identify benchmark job classes and select appropriate labor market(s)/organizations for comparison; 3. Collect, compile and analyze market data; 4. Construct model compensation structure(s); 5. Review proposed structure(s) to determine consistency with strategic objectives; 6. Recommend implementation options and determine associated costs, considering both single and multi-year implementation schedule options; 7. Facilitate determination of optimum implementation strategy; 8. Develop written communication for supervisors/employees explaining broad study findings and individual impact where applicable; 9. Evaluate and recommend strategy to account for specific geographic cost of living impact within the Town of Hilton Head Island.
