Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Vendor must deliver and set up at venue no later than 5:30 p.m. for dinner banquets on May 7 th and 8 th and 11:15 a.m. for luncheon banquet on May 8 th . b. Vendor shall be responsible for providing “buffet style” meals with all condiments and shall provide and set up any and all equipment to keep food warm in preparation for and during serving. Buffett must contain a minimum of two (2) lines. Please note: all food must be cooked/prepared off site. There is no kitchen access at venue. See menus below. c. Vendor must provide, to include but not limited to, clear thick plastic disposable dinner plates, thick silver plastic disposable flatware (forks, spoons, knives), drinking glasses (must be glass), linens (cloth tablecloths & napkins in white or ivory) for each banquet. Vendor must set tables with plates, flatware, glasses, etc. Vendor must also provide serving utensils/equipment for serving. d. Vendor must provide staff to set up meals, monitor buffet, monitor dining area (drink refills, etc.) and clean up. Tables and chairs will be set up/taken down by school district staff. e. Vendor must include any and all additional costs on the “meal per person” unit price which must include, but not be limited to the following: Dinner on May 7 th: Boneless grilled chicken breast or boneless chicken breast with sauce Macaroni and Cheese casserole Green Beans Glazed carrots or another vegetable (options must be presented to the District for selection) Yeast Rolls with butter Cheesecake or other dessert (options must be presented to the District for selection) Sweet Tea and Water with lemon (Ice will need to be provided by the vendor) Luncheon on May 8 th: Boneless grilled chicken breast or boneless chicken breast with sauce Twice Baked Potato Casserole Green Beans Glazed carrots or another vegetable (options must be presented to the District for selection) Yeast Rolls with butter Cheesecake or other dessert (options must be presented to the District for selection) Sweet Tea and Water with lemon (Ice will need to be provided by the vendor)
