Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP 24-R0012) to establish a term contract for cleaning services for the CareHere Occupational Care Clinic, for the City of Myrtle Beach. The clinic is located at 1517 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The clinic is to be cleaned on Wednesdays after 6:00 pm and Fridays after 2:00 pm. The successful Contractor shall have the proper training, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, staffing level, supervision, transportation and all other things necessary to perform the work required under the contract. Contractor shall include current copies of employee Blood Borne, HIPPA or HIPPA for Business Associates Training Certificates with the other RFP information. This documentation is mandatory before any work can begin. Contractor shall supply the following, including, but not limited to: hand towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dusters, cleaning cloths, mops and vacuums. The City will supply the hand soap. The successful offeror shall supply a list of cleaning solutions they intend to use to clean the facility. This list is subject to approval by the review team and substitutions may be requested. The successful offeror shall supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract for all cleaning solutions.
