Removal and installation services of 23 exterior doors at Denmark Technical College in Denmark SC. 1. Supply all labor, material and equipment to complete installations of doors. 2. Remove existing door to be replaced with new door. 3. Shall not begin installation until the door openings have been prepared and ready for install of replacement door. 4. Verify wall openings are ready to receive work and opening dimensions and tolerances are within specified limits. 5. Install doors in accordance with the manufacturer’s printed instructions. 6. Fit and align door assembly including hardware. Ensure that all doors fully open the entire height of the door opening. 7. Provide and install all door hardware necessary for a completely operational door. 8. Plumb doors when they are closed, partially open, and fully open. 9. Ensure that all doors and locking mechanisms operate friction free.
