Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1-Contractor shall furnish and deliver a crisis management safety module that allows authorized user access, through mobile and portable devices to District information needed during an emergency on any internet-enabling devices, Apple and Microsoft, which is especially formatted for mobile devices (phones and tablets, laptops, desktop PCs).2-Authorized users shall be defined as District Administration, faculty and staff, and students,parents, emergency responders and the general public.3-Application shall support one-click launch of phone numbers and/or websites.4-Application shall support one-click launch to protected access information to District procedures,instructions, diagrams and information.Application will provide one-click launch to District information, instructions and checklists for specific emergency situation standard procedures,such as fire, tornado, intruder, reunification, etc.5-Application shall support and have the ability to send push notifications.6-The application shall allow sending alerts to customized target groups and multiple select users according to situational needs.The application shall allow for updates and notes detailing developing conditions in these situations.7-The application shall support and have capability for incident reporting, including anonymous reporting.
