Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair and replace damaged wood at bottom of entrance door on handicap ramp. Replace existing front entrance 3/0 door with solid core wooden door. Replace all existing siding, skirt board, and all other trim on rear wall. Replace any damaged Fascia on entire building. Contractor is responsible for removal and reattaching all utilities that are attached to the wall. Electrical and Gas work to be done by licensed contractors. Contractor will coordinate with owner on times of power outages in regards to this project. Prep, caulk all joints, and stain entire building to include all black metal handrails. Rear wall will require a minimum of two (2) coats of stain. Rebuild privacy fence around HVAC units. Height of fence will be raised to 72”. Fence to be stained after proper drying time of materials. Inspect and replace any damaged vent pipe flashing on roof.
