Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Provide the College with a full range of merchandise and services expected from a quality academic Campus Shop. 1.2 Provide textbooks and related supplies (as required or recommended by the faculty for academic courses) available for delivery, pick up, or purchase at all campuses and/or online. Shipping should be at the expense of the Contractor, and times must conform to industry standards in order to meet customer needs in a timely, semester-friendly manner. 1.3 Ensure the specified editions of textbooks are available for sale. 1.4 Provide a wide selection of current trade, academic, and technical literature in support of required materials for the academic disciplines of the College. 1.5 Offer a significant selection of "soft goods" such as school and office supplies, college emblematic apparel, memorabilia, computer supplies and software, and other miscellaneous items at all campuses and/or online.
