Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Access to all horses at all times during normal business hours of 7:00AM to 5:30 PM • Minimum of 12 box stalls for current use with capability to provide 3 more if needed (min 10 X 12; preferred 12’X12.5’) w/ fans and individual tack closets or a separate tack room • At least two (2) wash stalls with hot water available • Multiple riding arenas for practice and competition w/ lights • Access to trail riding & hacking • Horse show quality jumps for competition • Multiple turnout pastures – A minimum of one (1) acre per horse • Ability to transport and arrange for temporary shelter in emergency services which includes but is not limited to natural disasters such as hurricane and flood • Arena drag/tractor maintenance of practice and competition riding arenas • Basic utilities: Electric, Phone, Water, Fuel & Irrigation • Water trough maintenance daily • Adequate staff for day to day care of horses feeding high quality feed and hay (e.g.: Tribute, Triple Crowne, Seminole, etc.) and hay (e.g. orchard grass/alfalfa or timothy/alfalfa mix) in accordance with specific needs depending on age, activity levels and health issues, fed twice per day or according to veterinary instructions. • daily turnout (weather permitting) • stall maintenance (stall mucking and clean shavings) • grooming
