Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. SCDNR requires the following rock to be delivered by Dec. 30, 2019. This rock will be delivered and dumped at different locations as needed on the Webb WMA complex and those locations will be designated by site manager. DNR shall give 2 days’ notice to the contractor when the rock is needed. • 800tons- #57 stone • 800tons-#4 stone SCDNR requires the following rock to be delivered by June 30, 2020. DNR shall give 2 days’ notice to the contractor when the rock is needed.The site manager will work with Contractor to determine various delivery dates as roads are being prepared for tailgate spread. Delivery of the rock will begin after January 1st, 2020. This rock will be tailgate spread on various roads on the property and will be designated by site manager. • 5500tons- 1.5” granite crusher-run stone (1 ½ ROC) to be tailgate spread 3. SCDNR will prepare a suitable subgrade on the designated section of road to be surfaced prior to delivery and spreading of crusher run gravel. 4. SCDNR will prepare a suitable location for gravel to be delivered and dumped for product that is to be stockpiled. 5. Contractor shall supply and spread the designated tonnage of gravel from a dump truck on the designated section of road. The gravel shall be tailgate spread by the contractor on roads 10-12’ wide to a depth of approximately 4”, with no piles exceeding 12” high. 6. SCDNR will finish grade the material immediately after it is tailgate spread. 7. The contractor will supply the SCDNR on-site manager with weight tickets from each load as delivered 8. SCDNR on-site manager will inspect each load delivered for consistency with bid specs. COMPLETION DATE:
