Specifications include, but are not limited to: Festival Stage Package to include: • SL 250 – 32’ X 24’ covered mobile stage complete with stairs, ramp, wind wall and skirting which all would be delivered on May 1 st and load up and removal on May 4, 2020. • Rain proof wind walls on 3 sides. • All units must be waterproof from all-natural elements including rain. • One 65KW generator for the exclusive use of the stage, lighting and PA system to be delivered when the stage arrives. • All required electrical cables including “spider boxes” and multiplugs are to be provided by the bidder. • All equipment must be barricaded from the public for safety – all barriers are to be provided by the bidder. • Required- a drawing/rendering of the lay out of the stage (including all entries, exits, steps, ramps, etc.) Festival light package to include: • 24 LED wash lights • 8 movers • 2 hazers • 1 digital lighting console • 1 lighting tech • Park 64 lighting system with 60K lighting with moving lights and spotlights. • Required- a drawing/rendering of the lay out of the lights that will be used throughout the stage and street. Festival Sound Package to include: • Line Array PA • Subs • All Microphones and head sets • Speakers to fly • Cables • Stands • Digital FOH Console • Floor Wedge Monitors • 1 Monitor engineer • 1 FOH Engineer • 2 Stagehands • Generator for sound • Standard Back Line package to include 5-piece drum kit, bass rig and drum riser. • Any and all miscellaneous equipment required to reproduce live music in a festival environment.
