Horry County Department of Construction & Maintenance (HCMD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced professional consulting firms to provide Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) On-Call Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services to perform a variety of conceptual design studies, schematic designs, construction documents, and cost estimations for one or more existing or new structures. Proposers are not expected to submit a complete project analysis or design in their proposals. Rather, proposers must provide sufficient information for Horry County to evaluate their Proposals in accordance with the process and criteria established in this RFQ. Single organization (Prime) Statements of Qualifications are sought; no teaming is desired in the responses. Executing a Contract(s) will not constitute any guarantee of business or level of compensation. Because work will be assigned on an as-needed / on-call basis, the volume of work for any particular selected firm could vary substantially, including the possibility of not receiving any work through this contracting process.
