  General Contractors who attended the 1st Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on March 16, 2023, are not required to attend this Pre-Bid Meeting and will still be allowed to submit a bid.
  
  The Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Conference Room is in the Administration Building, across from the Communications Center. The Administration Building is on the lower level of Terminal B. Please reference the exhibit from Addendum No. 1 for more information about the location of the pre-bid meeting. Attendees should park in either the short-term or long-term parking lots and bring their parking tickets to be validated by HCDA staff.
