The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing storefront system along Ninth Avenue North and two (2) new openings through existing demising wall to connect the existing 509 Ninth Avenue North unit to the new renovations of the 513 Ninth Avenue North unit. New operable partitions at conference rooms, partitioned offices with interior storefront, bathroom, and breakroom will also be included. Relocation of existing electrical panel and the installation of new HVAC ducting utilizing existing roof-mounted units will be required. Specific work to be performed is outlined in the project manual entitled COMB eMYRge EXPANSION Construction Documents (dated March 28, 2025) provided by LS3P, along with twenty-four (24 pages of drawings. All documents provided by LS3P are incorporated into this IFB by reference.
