1. Tree Removal o Clear, grub, remove and dispose of approximately 1 acre to allow for stormwater infrastructure placement. Includes area of future dog park. 2. Excavation o Excavate the mouth of the pipe area (plunge pool) to prepare for drainage improvements. 3. Pipe and End Section Installation o Furnish and install one (1) 24” flared end section, with rip-rap pad o Install and backfill approximately 515 LF of 18” heavy-duty plastic pipe and 130 LF of 24” heavy-duty plastic pipe, 4. Dog park rough grading – utilizing spoil from ditches and plunge pool area 5. Catch Basins o Install four (4) 4’ x 4’ catch basins with grate inlets/yard inlets. 6. Grassing and Cleanup o Grade, grass, cleanup and restore disturbed areas to original or improved conditions.
