1. Demolition: a. Carefully remove existing window assembly and all associated components without damaging the surrounding structure or finishes. b. Properly dispose of all debris in accordance with local regulations 2. Installation: a. Furnish and install one (1) new window, manufactured by Win Tech, Model 260 Single Hung, with the following specifications: - Size: 85” x 65 ¾” - Finish: Bronze - Glass: 5/8” tempered insulated unit consisting of o 1/8” gray glass o 3/8” air space o 1/8” clear glass b. Ensure installation meets all applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications and district safety standards c. Provide sealant, flashing, insulation and trim as required to ensure a watertight and secure installation 3. Clean-up and Inspection: a. Clean the area of all debris and installation materials b. Conduct a final walk through and inspection with district personnel 4. Bid Requirements: a. Provide a lump sum price for all labor and materials b. Include estimated start and completion dates c. Submit proof of licensing, insurance and bonding
