The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting for 10 (ten) customized heavy duty winchmount pushbumpers designed specifically for 2023 and newer Ford Superduty F-250/F-350 Superduty 4x4 trucks Part Number: PB-9500TW1X-2K1 (equal or better) per the following. Installation of planetary winches including the Warn VR8000 with steel cable securely inside of each pushbumper. Must include an integrated 4-roller fairlead (recessed behind the bumper face), a heavy-duty multi-point, bolt-on mounting bracket/installation kit, and heavy rubber race plate including solid steel rivets, precision fender washers and adhesive (NOT preinstalled) for installation after painting. Must allow access to the factory tow hooks through tow hook access openings and include air-flow opening and access to winch controls. Must be one-piece body design made from 3/16” A36 HRPO steel approximately 79” wide by 17” tall and precisely contoured to fit the specified truck. Must have extensive reinforcement incorporated into the winch mounting and bracket system to ensure strength and durability under extreme conditions. Must include all necessary mounting hardware for bolt-on installation. Steel components must be supplied in bare metal (not primed or painted).
