Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor, along with the County, will design and develop a website with a mobile responsive design, meeting the technology and content requirements described below. • County must be able to edit content of the site from a user interface that does not require much, if any, knowledge of coding (i.e. Wordpress) as changes are made daily. • County must be able to easily upload/update photos, PDF files, videos and other media content. • County must be able to communicate emergency closures due to weather and must be able to easily tum notifications on and off and text must be fully editable. • Customers/residents must be able to easily navigate to specific parks through a Park Finder feature, with both map search and menu search options available (zip code search is important). Icons should indicate park features available. Viewers must be able to search for park by feature or location. County wishes to have location services enable on mobile units in order for viewers to find the closest park nearest them. • Website must be compatible with WebTrac/RecTrac by Vermont Systems as all program sign-ups go through these systems.
