Specifications include, but are not limited to: Designing a video-based website using responsive web design, allowing K-12 students and teachers to explore South Carolina ETVs evergreen and newer video additions on mobile devices. The contractor shall: - Work with ETV Staff on how to best setup categories and taxonomy (grade level, subject level, website, etc.) - Create a customized theme utilizing the Knowitall brand colors and with the possibility to customize header areas to display tagged content - Help create a backend that can accommodate various content types like video, audio, blog, gallery, etc. - Identify existing Drupal modules or create any customized Drupal modules that are necessary for the functionally of the website - Provide maintenance for functionally issues during the development and implementation of the website
