Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments is accepting proposals to redesign its primary website www.wrcog.org. The site will be maintained in-house. This project will include a new site design, a new content management system, and migration of existing web pages to the new system. Respondents should also include proposals and quotes for logo redesign and web hosting as separate items. Design and structure the new WRCOG website in a manner that promotes a professional and welcome image of the organization Provide customized but stylistically similar page layouts, graphics, and menus for different departments or programming areas of the WRCOG. The WRCOG logo should be displayed on each page as a common header Establish design standards through the use of CSS, dynamic menu bars, and related methods to ensure page consistency into the future and Provide the ability to create new pages based on departmental templates. Templates should be provided for both main pages and sub-pages.
