All exterior surfaces including the dome, bowl, shell walls, balcony, riser columns, ladders, venting, pipes and other appurtenances and component parts will be power washed following a chlorine treatment as set forth in the Steel Structures Painting Council Specification Surface Preparation Specification Number 1, SSPC-SP1 “Solvent Cleaning”.
