Specifications include, but are not limited to: Included in the response will be software and related services for setup, installation, development, and implementation of the system. The system must provide efficient functionality, easy navigation, and allow for an attractive website design. The proposers should be able to fulfill all functionality identified in this RFP. The City reserves the right to modify any specific component and/or content, allowing the City to meet its budgetary constraints, yet maintaining the integrity of this proposal and scope. The consultant shall provide functionality not utilized in the initial contract and listed in the proposal for the term of the contract (the term of the contract shall be three (3) years with the option of the City to extend for up to two (1) one-year extensions).
