Specifications include, but are not limited to: To support its overall economic development mission, the South Carolina Department of Commerce seeks to procure a qualified marketing consultant/agency to work collaboratively to develop a comprehensive online strategy and subsequently execute agreed upon elements of that strategy. The marketing consultant/agency will provide creative, digital and website design services. These services will include the recommendation, implementation and execution of methods to reach target audiences through digital media, as well as the development of a new website. All services provided must support the overall marketing efforts of Commerce, targeting specific internal and external audiences and attracting new investment and jobs to South Carolina.
