The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: Demolition & Removal: Removal of existing cabinetry, countertops and appliances as necessary. Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades: Upgrade or relocate plumbing and electrical systems to accommodate new kitchen layout, as needed. Cabinetry & Countertops: Installation of durable and functional cabinets and countertops suitable for commercial or heavy community use and all associated molding and/or trim. Appliances: Installation of new energy-efficient appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Ventilation & Fire Safety: Upgrading ventilation systems and ensuring compliance with local fire codes. Finishing Touches: Installation of lighting, sinks, faucets, and other necessary fixtures.
