The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services: - Baseboard Installation: Supply and install new baseboards throughout the designated areas. Baseboard molding trim will be 6” minimum, white and will be a PVC or polystyrene material. See the attached examples. - Interior Door Replacement: Remove 5 existing doors and install new interior doors, including necessary hardware and adjustments. All doors will be white and hardware will be satin nickel or equivalent, with locks. - Front Exterior Door installation: The door has already been purchased and will need to be installed. Hardware has not purchased and will be satin nickel, with a handle and separate push button keypad security lock. - Trim Installation: Supply and install new trim around doors as needed. All trim will be white. - Door Handles and Locks: Supply and install new door handles and locks, ensuring proper fit and functionality. All hardware will be satin nickel or equivalent.
