The selected vendor will provide materials and installation for a finished optical display wall system comparable to the Aspen Quickship Series by Eye Designs Group or equivalent. The wall will be part of the new WellPartners Eye Clinic and should be designed for commercial use in a healthcare setting, meeting ADA and safety standards. The scope of work includes: • Supply, delivery, and installation of one (1) optical display wall system. • System should include base cabinets, display panels, mirrors, shelving, and integrated lighting as outlined in the attached sample specification (Eye Designs Aspen Quickship Proposal – Sept 2025). • Vendor shall verify site dimensions prior to fabrication. • Coordination with UWM’s construction project manager (MB Kahn Construction) for site access and installation schedule. • Removal of all packaging and debris upon completion. • Warranty and maintenance information for all materials and finishes. III. Equivalent Product Standard Proposals may offer an equivalent to the Aspen Quickship Series if comparable in: • Material quality and finish • Display capacity and configuration • Integrated lighting and electrical access • Warranty and durability standards “Or equivalent” must be clearly demonstrated through product literature and references.
