Furnish all labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to provide on site unarmed Security Services from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 7 days per week, 365 days per year at Columbia Area Mental Healths Centers Carter Street location. The South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) reserves the right to increase or decrease services as needed to meet the needs of the Department. The contractors and their employees must adhere to all local, state and federal laws regarding Client Confidentiality issues. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 5 days of notification with the minimum acceptable requirements as listed. The apparent successful contractor may also be required to complete the Vendor questionnaire form, which is included in this bid package. This questionnaire may be used by the Procurement Officer to determine the capability and the reliability of the vendor to meet the requirements of this contract. This contract will be invoiced and paid monthly. No additional specifications were given.
