Specifications include, but are not limited to: supervision, event staffing, ticket staffing, parking staffing, and metal detection staffing at athletic events or other District functions. The actual number of staff per event will vary depending on the event. The District has eleven middle schools and seven high schools. ONE security officer shall be provided for each middle school event and TWO security officers shall be provided for each high school event. The total number of District events held each year will vary. The number of events stated herein are based on scheduled athletic events, an estimation of potentially scheduled events and special events/functions. The District does not guarantee a specific number of hours for the resulting contract. An estimated 215 athletic events in various locations throughout Aiken County shall be included.
