Specifications include, but are not limited to: ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY As the designated Urban Area Program Manager, CONSULTANT shall represent the Las Vegas Urban Area Working Group (UAWG) in coordinating, assisting, managing and monitoring the progress of the urban area security initiative program, including the projects, teams and process. CONSULTANT shall not replace nor supersede the established project managers. As the designated Urban Area Program Manager, CONSULTANT shall report directly to the UAWG Chair and act under his delegated authority while also presenting findings and progress to the UAWG and State Working groups and maintaining compliance with the HSGP requirements. Tracking and Reporting CONSULTANT shall provide tracking and reporting on Nevada HSGP investment projects which the Urban Area participates and which impact the Urban Area, and the programmatic environment within which the projects must execute. Specifically, CONSULTANT shall deliver periodic reports providing a comprehensive picture to the Las Vegas Urban Area Working Group and associated interest groups for the purpose of status update, implementing necessary corrections and record for DHS audit.
