Additional Requirements:
- Space must be contiguous on no more than two floors.
- Ceiling heights throughout the majority of the space must be a minimum of 9', with approximately 1,800 contiguous sf with ceiling height of 9'-8" to 16’.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
A fully serviced lease is required.
Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
