furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for installation of a new public access trailhead and kayak launch on OSI owned property in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. This project will establish the first public infrastructure for the emerging Black River State Park in Williamsburg County, SC, and this request for bids includes construction of the primary trailhead on OSI’s “The Meadows” property. The trailhead includes a new access driveway and circular traffic aisle with vehicle and kayak trailer parking, a timber frame pavilion & kiosk, vault toilet, a concrete kayak launch and slope/bank stabilization on the Black River, and a fishing pond. This project also includes construction of additional park elements including fencing, trails, gates, and landscaping as well as all site grading, drainage, erosion control, and site stabilizations.
