Exterior walls are framed with 2" x 4" spruce studs, 16" on center. Sheathing is 1/2" oriented strand board (OSB) with house wrap. b. Exterior wall covering is horizontal/board and batten vinyl siding with white trim. c. The floor system is 2" x 10” yellow pine joist 16" on center. Foundation sill plates are 2" x 8" treated. The floor is 3/4" tongue and grooved plywood which is glued and screwed/nailed to the floor joist. d. Partition framing is 2" × 4" spruce studs, 16" on center. Roof and ceiling framing is 2" × 4" trusses on 16" on center. Ceiling has ½" gypsum board, and has a smooth finish on all rooms.
