Specifications include, but are not limited to: convert The Citadel website so it is compatible with mobile and tablet browsers using responsive website design. Vendor will also execute a slight redesign of the homepage. Goal #1: Convert website to responsive design 1. Convert our three existing templates to responsive. 2. All website menus must be user-friendly from a mobile device. 3. New templates must be compatible for correct display in all devices and major browsers including, but not limited to, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera. Goal #2: Design Refresh 1. Redesign content on the website homepage that is below the burgundy navigation bar (note: everything that is below the burgundy bar for the other two templates will remain the same). 2. Homepage design must include an automatic feed of news story headlines from our campus newsroom (newsroom is built in Joomla).
