Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of South Carolina, in accordance with §11-35-1560 (A) of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, is announcing the intent to award without competition, a sole source contract to South Carolina Research Foundation (SCRF). The SC Research Foundation shall secure sponsored award for the University; and is uniquely qualified to provide these services because it has been and is organized and operates as a supporting organization exclusively for the benefit of, or to carry out the purposes of the University of South Carolina to facilitate the University’s teaching research and public service mission. The SCRF is affiliated with the University and housed in the main administration building. The sole source is need for continuity of operations. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
