Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. In accordance with the Notice requirements in 11-35-1560 of the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, SCDNR is announcing the Sole Source Procurement to National Wild Turkey Federation. National Wild Turkey Federations is the only entity that manages the Palmetto Shooting Complex. This Shooting Facility is the only facility that can offer skeet, trap and sporting clay shooting events in one locations. It is also the only facility that can provide large award pavilions and the many necessary amenities required to host a large events of this size. Given that SCDNR is responsible for Hunter & Sporting Education we are not required to pay a user fee for the facility itself but we are responsible for management of event staff at events held throughout the year,
